Our Story

Properlymade centres authentic isiZulu voices. We believe a story told in a community's own language carries further, lands harder and is remembered longer — whether it is a telenovela, an awareness performance in a school hall, or a reality format built for national television.
Our work sits at the meeting point of entertainment and purpose. We write and direct productions that address real social issues, we produce music and theatre that celebrates who we are, and we build partnerships with organisations that want their message to actually reach people.
